Mid February and we are already seeing snakes out and in the pool in Tucson, Arizona.

It is uncommon to see a rattlesnake and it’s enemy, a kingsnake in a swimming pool. It’s even more uncommon to see them in the winter months. Hopefully I’ll get an answer to this phenomenon from a FB friend, who is a wildlife biologist or a snake enthusiast. I’m open for an explanation.
